Have you ever had a tire bust while you was driving on the road? How about driving to go show your client some houses for sale? About six minutes from meeting my client this happens. It messed up part of my day but I didn't let it ruin my whole day. Had to cancel showings with my client yesterday due to this. Had to replace the Tired Tire with a spare that I had under my truck.

Usually when a cat see you coming,they run away. But not this cat. This cat has marked his territory. It kept looking at me. I thought about getting a even closer shot. But I am afraid that it might end up attacking me:-). Heck I wouldn't be surprised if it did too. Good thing it didn't attack me because if it did,this would be a total different blog.

Thinking outside the box is a helpful state of mind when trying to come up with a solution to a problem. Lord knows this Real Estate Market has been a big problem for many of us for more than six years now. Real Estate as we all know is a lead generating business. There are many ways to get leads.
