      <title>HELP! HELP! PLEASE HELP! How can I link my URL with my new Cool button?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;HELP! HELP! PLEASE HELP! How can I link my URL with my new Cool button? I know! I know! I should be a pro at this. Normally if I watch a good &lt;strong&gt;video tutorial&lt;/strong&gt; or read one,it is as easy as riding a bicycle. But now for some reason it is not. I just got my new &lt;strong&gt;Market Leader&lt;/strong&gt; Website up and running. There are some pages on my site that I want to use as Landing pages such as the &lt;strong&gt;Washington DC Market Insider&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt;My Home is Worth What?-&lt;/strong&gt;Remember the old HGTV show? Then again maybe they are doing it again. I haven't watched &lt;strong&gt;HGTV&lt;/strong&gt; in a while and &lt;strong&gt;Washington DC Luxury Homes for sale&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But my problem is trying to link my URL &lt;a href="http://bit.ly/xVaQIb"&gt;http://bit.ly/xVaQIb&lt;/a&gt; so that I can be able to track the clicks with this nice new button &lt;img src="http://zeus.cooltext.com/rendered/cooltext638802675.png" alt=""&gt;made on the website &lt;a href="http://www.cooltext.com"&gt;www.cooltext.com&lt;/a&gt;. Everytime I do it,I click on the button and it is not doing nothing. I think I might have read like three blogs here so far today. One was almost what I needed. Well probably what I needed. But I just having a hard time getting this done. So if anybody know of any Youtube Videos,Blogs or can offer any advice to me,I would really appreciate it. I want to get this done so I can get rolling with my new website and other things that I got going on. Oh yeah! Tomorrow is &#160;&lt;strong&gt;Super Bowl Sunday&lt;/strong&gt;. So I guess I am not going to be hearing from anybody till Monday right?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By the way who are you picking the win the &lt;strong&gt;Super Bowl&lt;/strong&gt;? Who cares. I am sorry but I just don't even care. My San Franscisco 49ers lost to those sorry punks and spygate are once again in the &lt;strong&gt;Super Bowl&lt;/strong&gt;. REALLY? I MEAN&#160;REALLY? :-)I have I been stuck in 2008 for the past four years or something? What the heck?&#160;Excuse me if I don't give a darn. &lt;p style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;And the HOA can do this very fast.&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;Many people here are being told by their agents, by their attorneys and by their friends and family members that their HOA can not foreclose because the first bank, the main lien holder, is in first position and if your bank has not foreclosed the HOA can't. Well, that is NOT TRUE.&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The HOA can foreclose on you subject to the first lien holder.&#160;&lt;/strong&gt;They don't need your bank to foreclose on you first or at all.&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;If you are planning on doing a short sale then you should do all you can to keep up with your HOA payments. If you are far behind and the HOA has their legal council contacting you- make some arrangements to pay towards the part you are behind.&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;If your HOA fees get too high, your lender is not going to approve those to be paid out of the net loss they are getting at closing.&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you want to do a deed in lieu you have to be current with your HOA fees&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;or you have to negotiate with your lender to pay a portion of those fees for you because you must give clean title in a deed in lieu.&#160;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It's unlike many of the magazines in &lt;span style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #33ff33;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Real Estate&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="color: #663366;"&gt;Entertainment&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;Luxury Cars&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="font-family: courier new,monospace; color: #6600cc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Money&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; that I usually read. So I picked it up and started reading it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;While I was reading this SUCCESS magazine,I stumbled upon a page in the magazine. It was called Facebook Fan 101. Here are some of the stats that were shared in the SUCCESS Magazine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: tahoma,sans-serif; color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;46 MILLION Americans check their social media sites and services several times a day.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Some if not many of these 46 Americans are &lt;strong&gt;first time home buyers,move-up buyers,relocation buyers,Real Estate Farmers,Real Estate Agents looking to refer business to other local real estate agents or real estate agents out of state where they don't cover,Loan officers who are looking to refer business to other real estate agents,Senior citizens/Baby Boomers-(I hear they are not hard to work with,Got cash and very good credit-Why the heck I am not marketing to this niche),Military home buyers,home owners,Real Estate Investors.&lt;/strong&gt; You see what I am trying to say right? Exactly. People who we&#160;are looking for are on this powerful Social Media site.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; color: #3333ff; font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;One in four SOCIAL NETWORKS USERS KNOWINGLY FOLLOWS brands,products or services on social networks.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #33cc00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Among those who do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,sans-serif; color: #009900;"&gt;follow brands,products or companies on social networks 80% indicate that Facebook is the network they use the most to connect with companies.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Small businesses as well as Large business,companies and even non-profit organizations,you are looking for your audience to connect and engage with,you have to be on Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;Success magazine also asked "What's the most &lt;strong&gt;"effective"&lt;/strong&gt; marketing strategy you employed last year? Notice I highlighted the word &lt;strong&gt;'effective". &lt;/strong&gt;Here what it said.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #ff9900;"&gt;32% used e-mail.&lt;/span&gt; Here I thought e-mail marketing was obsolete since my response to my e-mail has been very low. Guess I got to get with a company who are very &lt;strong&gt;effective&lt;/strong&gt; in utilizing &lt;strong&gt;Real Estate e-mail Marketing.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc;"&gt;28% used &lt;strong&gt;Facebook Page&lt;/strong&gt;-WOW!&lt;/span&gt; This is why I have to re-vamp my Facebook Business Pages and turn them into &lt;strong&gt;Custom Facebook Landing Pages.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #993399;"&gt;11% used Twitter updates.&lt;/span&gt; Now that is interesting. How can I use Twitter updates to market to my customers? See what's trending on Twitter daily? That's something to look into and study.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; color: #333399; font-size: medium;"&gt;11% used Direct mail. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #009900;"&gt;18% used other&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; I wonder what other could be? PPC,Blogging,LinkedIn,Digg,Youtube,Yelp,Membo,Naymz,Cold calling,Door Knocking,Postcard mailing,Newsletters&#160;etc. Maybe. Some things to definitely look into.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;Don't matter how much business you have,you shouldn't abandon any form of marketing to generate business. You can never have enough &lt;span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #993399;"&gt;Real Estate Business.&lt;/span&gt; And last night I was listening in on a Webinar called &lt;strong&gt;"&lt;span style="color: #6666cc;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Facebook&lt;/span&gt; is still a King in Real Estate Marketing"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;put on by&lt;span style="font-family: verdana,sans-serif; color: #3366ff;"&gt; IMSD&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="color: #009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Active Rain,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: courier new,monospace; color: #993399;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Jimmy Macklin&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; mentioned that "Many of the people shouldn't follow or do what a lot of Real Estate Agents are doing on Facebook as far as Real Estate Marketing because&#160;some of them&#160;are doing it wrong. Plus he said Facebook shouldn't no longer be ignored as a Real Estate Marketing tool. Please watch the webinar whenever you can on Youtube. Type in "IMSD" and "Facebook is King" and you will definitely be able to find the webinar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;I am definitely going to test &lt;span style="color: #cc9933;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Facebook as a Real Estate Marketing tool&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. Hopefully it should be soon. And I hope you do too. I am going to look into that also since all I keep hearing is great reviews.&#160; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Guess that explains why some people hire &lt;strong&gt;Certified Financial Planners&lt;/strong&gt; to do it for them. Or why in a family either a husband or a wife will do it since they are more equipped to handle that&#160;task. I am not married-YET but I hear that &lt;strong&gt;managing your finances&lt;/strong&gt; plays a very paramount role in a keeping a good marriage intact.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Oh by the way Mr.Santa&#160;if you are reading this-&lt;strong&gt;YOU SUCK!&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;Thanks for heading to the North hole without dropping off my Samsung Tablet. Maybe when I close my&#160;next short sale deal in the year 2060,If I can still remember anything by then,I will get one. By then there might be something totally different from a Samsung Tablet. And with that additional income you are going to get whether it be a bonus,raise,gift or tax refund,I hope you make an investment by purchasing a home with it,pay off a debt or hire someone that will help you improve your credit score so that you can get a favorable interest rate when you purchase your house. Matter of fact this one might be the most important questions out of the ones that I have written and/or going to write about. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;You will know that your &lt;span style="color: #ff6600;"&gt;DC Landlord&lt;/span&gt; is about to evict you when you receive a notice. After the notice expires,you should receive a summons telling you to come to court. Sometimes the new owner will file a lawsuit at a &lt;span style="color: #009900;"&gt;DC Landlord Tenant Court&lt;/span&gt; against the old landlord. If you receive court papers at the property with the old landlord's name,it is very important that you go to court. You could be evicted for no reason if you do not appear in court,even if the court papers are in the name of the old landlord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;The answer is ABSOLULTELY YES. You have the same rights as any other. Bet you want to &lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;live in Washington DC&lt;/span&gt; didn't you?:-) Tenants rights are protected after &lt;strong&gt;foreclosure under D.C law&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;span style="color: #cc33cc;"&gt;Tenants have the right to remain in the property after foreclosure&lt;/span&gt;. Just like any other tenant, the new owner can give you a notice terminating your tenancy for a limited number of reason:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;a) If the buyer wants to live in the property,then the tenant must be given a 90 day notice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;b) If a tenant has violated the lease terms,for instance by not paying rent,then the tenant usually must be given a 30 day notice to cure or quit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: medium;"&gt;c) If the new owner wants to make substantial renovations that cannot be made while the tenant is living on the property,a 120 day notice is required to the tenant. &lt;span style="color: #9999ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The tenant has right to re-rent after renovations are completed.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Day 31 31 Days of December Challenge. Do you know your numbers?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;As of right now we have 3hrs 57 mins and 38 seconds left in 2011. Well I have to say Im one of many who are happy that 2011 is about to come to end. And I'm writing this blog on my phone so I'm apologizing in advance if it looks very weird.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yes we did it ya. Another challenge in the Active Rain Archives. Congratulations everybody. Let's not just use this challenge to challenge ourselves as&#160;Real Estate Professionals&#160;but to also improve ourselves as individuals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We all have something in our lives that we want to improve on or get better at. This Challenge seemed to have re-ignited a fire in me for some reason. December seemed to be a great time to get that fire back. And reading some of the things from you all helped as well. To all who participated-THANK YOU. And of course thank you Deborah for putting this challenge together.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here are some of the things that I did today. 1. Finally did my Real Estate Business. After doing it I was scared. Why? I did the calculations according to the formula that we normally use and I realized that I have to make 43 contacts (For Listings) and 36 contacts (Home buyers) to meet my goal of 62 transactions. Its going to be hard. BUT CAN BE DONE. Reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent made me realize a lot of things I haven't been doing and things that I've done I need to &lt;strong&gt;be consistent&lt;/strong&gt; in doing them. Great book. 2. I've started reading the book "SHIFT" by Gary Keller-AGAIN. Read it late last year. Plan on reading a lot of different books in various topics next year. 3. Called someone today who left a message last night. She wants to buy a house. 4. Another person who I was actually looking for his number who called me a while ago called me today. He found me here on Active Rain. He is an investor who is looking to buy in DC. Well thats it for 2011.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope you all had a great 2011. And if you didn't don't be too harsh on yourself. Learn from your mistakes and improve on them Remember everyday is another day to do something great. &lt;p&gt;Well I must say just like any other challenge,this one is tough. However it is going to help me prepare for 2012. Reading some of other people's blogs for this &lt;strong&gt;December Challenge&lt;/strong&gt; has been helpful. That's one of the reason why I really enjoy this challenge. We are all here to help each other and Active Rain is great for doing that. So here is what I did today.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Finally finished reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller. &lt;/strong&gt;Next book is going to be from three choices that I have in mind.&#160;One&#160;of the books is&#160;on &lt;strong&gt;REO&lt;/strong&gt; and the other two are on&lt;strong&gt; Real Estate Investing&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After having our deal stalled for a while My clients have agreed to help out the homeowner in getting some things done after the Seller said that she is going to fix the repairs to meet FHA Standards. Bank of America Short sale so hopefully in January/February 2012 we should be going to closing.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Social Media Activity.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Trying to figure out why my &lt;a href="http://www.klout.com"&gt;www.klout.com&lt;/a&gt; keeps dropping. I need to impress my home buyer and seller clients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Read some Real Estate Magazines. Give me some ideas on how to write better Real Estate Ads.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Read some blogs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wrote this one.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Singing; I really want to stay. Baby it's cold outside. Oops. This is a Christmas song. That was five days ago. Things are heating up. As 2011 is nearing completion,its time to take it up a notch. While many people are using this time to whine and relax I can't do that unfortunately. I got big plans for this upcoming year. Big plans means that I got to work harder but most importantly smarter. Here is what I did today.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Still Reading &lt;strong&gt;"The Millionaire Real Estate Agent".&lt;/strong&gt; Read like&#160;50 something pages today. I am left with like 110 I think. I am going to try and knock it out the box tomorrow. Or should I say today:-). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Followed up with the guy who called me off of my &lt;strong&gt;Localism blog&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;a href="http://activerain.com/blogsview/2388267/woodview-village-bowie-md-townhomes-p-g-county-md-neighborhood-spotlight" title="Woodview Bowie MD Townhouses" target="_blank"&gt;Woodview village bowie md townhomes&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lady who &lt;strong&gt;Ellie McIntire&lt;/strong&gt; referred to me called me. She hasn't been approved yet. But she said she is going to do that soon. She is going to use a VA Loan. She is also going to ride by the place to let me know what she thinks.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;It is a beautiful day today. Surprised that even though it is December,it is still cold. However the weather is not that bad. So what does that mean? Is the end upon us? I&#160;don't think so.&#160;Will&#160;the weather&#160;be like this in January 2012? Maybe. I don't know about you but I am not complaining. Anyway I was holed up at a &lt;strong&gt;Local Bookstore in Bowie Maryland-Barnes and Noble&lt;/strong&gt; for most of the day. Here is what I did today.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Still Reading &lt;strong&gt;"The Millionaire Real Estate Agent".&lt;/strong&gt; Read like 80 something pages. Probably more than that. This is a very good book for real estate agents new and seasoned. Thanks&#160;Fernando Herboso and Corrine Guest for reminding me that the book was&#160;written in like 2004. Want&#160;a book that is geared towards this Real Estate Market read "SHIFT".&#160;Another book by Gary Keller. &#160;Things&#160;have&#160;definitely changed since then.&#160;But it is still a&#160;very good book to read and I am enjoying reading it.&#160;I've learned&#160;some&#160;good things in this book.&#160;I am almost done reading this book too.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Got a call from someone at &lt;strong&gt;Barnes and Noble Bookstore &lt;/strong&gt;that the book that I ordered(REO Book which I have already started reading and will be my next read)like two days ago is here. That was quick.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Got a call from someone who called me off my &lt;strong&gt;Localism blog&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;a href="http://activerain.com/blogsview/2388267/woodview-village-bowie-md-townhomes-p-g-county-md-neighborhood-spotlight" title="Woodview Bowie MD Townhouses" target="_blank"&gt;Woodview village bowie md townhomes&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hello everyone. Just want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas. Hope you all got everything you wanted for Christmas. Santa where is my Samsung Tablet. And they say Santa Claus exist? I have been good all year. I didn't beat up or cuss out anyone at Bank of America or Wells Fargo just to name a few banks. Any real estate agent dealing with Short Sales in this Real Estate Market with the patience of Job should be rewarded tremendously. So what did I do today? Didn't do much. But what I did did help me promote my Real Estate Business.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Went to Church. Had to celebrate the birth of my father Jesus Christ. Lord I am praying for a major breakthrough in Real Estate Sales ifor me and my fellow Real Estate Agents in 2012. So can I get a Amen-Amen. Yes Lord.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Texted many people by telling them Merry Christmas. One person replied and saying that he is ready to help him buy a house-THANK YOU LORD. We'll see how serious he is now.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;E-mailed our own &lt;strong&gt;Larry Bettag&lt;/strong&gt; to request a copy of his Business Plan. He was nice enough to make a comment on&#160;my blog stating that if I need a copy of his plan that I should e-mail him. He is awesome. Thanks Larry.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Well what can I say? Less than fifteen minutes from now,it will not be Christmas Eve anymore. I have been listening to many &lt;strong&gt;Christmas Gospel songs on 104.1 FM&lt;/strong&gt; today in my truck while on the road. So what did I do to promote my Real Estate Business today? We don't even get Christmas Eve off on this challenge:-). Just kidding. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Called a guy who called and left me a message&#160;yesterday. He was looking to rent because he has bad credit. Now I am trying to sell him on the American Dream and become a Homeowner. His wife found me on Google. When I meet them next month hopefully I will ask her wife "What did you type into the search engine?" &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;YOU GOT TO ALWAYS TRACK YOUR LEADS.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Went to &lt;strong&gt;local Prince George's County Bookstore&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Bowie Maryland&lt;/strong&gt; to read the book that I am currently reading. Couldn't find it so I had to order it. The book is on REO's.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;So I started reading&lt;strong&gt; "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent"&lt;/strong&gt; by &lt;strong&gt;Gary Keller&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Commented on some blogs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sent some e-mails&#160;to some prospects who I haven't heard from in a while. Also to a couple of investor groups who I hope to do business with next year.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thought about how I can team up with some Restaurants in MD and DC to draw more customers/clients into their restaurant with the restaurant.com coupon or gift card and at the same time introduce my services as a Real Estate Agent just in case they need one.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Currently writing this blog.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah I am very,very sleepy. I am surprised that I actually wrote this. And I am surprised that I am still up. Oh yeah I am waiting for Santa Claus to get me a Samsung Tablet along with&#160;some brand new ready,willing and able home buyers and motivated sellers in MD and DC. Besides I have been good all year.:-). By the way what did you do to promote your Real Estate Business today/ Please share.
