This is the first Deanwood Washington DC Market Report Statistics (Zipcode 20019)for the third quarter of this year. Average price of a house for sale in Washington DC that sold was $244,444. Only nine houses for sale in Washington DC sold in July 2008 compared to 33 houses for sale in Washington DC that sold in the same time last year. Out of the nine "houses for sale in Washington DC" that were sold.
