This Banbury Ridge market report covers property sales during all of 2011. Another year is done and it's time to go over the activity we had for the last 12 months. 2011 was a mixed year for North Aurora Real Estate inventory remains high and prices have continued to decline. However, we did see some improvement particularly in the last quarter of 2011. But let's take a look at the numbers: In all of 2011 there was only one sale in Banbury Ridge.
