prestbury market report: Prestbury Subdivision 2011 Year End Market Report - 02/12/12 11:21 PM

This Prestbury Sugar Grove market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for Sugar Grove real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Prestbury is no exception. We did see some improvement in market activity particularly in the last quarter that we hope will continue through this year. Let's take a look at the numbers:
