There are major differences between a house that is being sold as a foreclosure or a house that is being sold as Power of Sale. Banks, Lenders, Trust Companies etc. in Canada choose different legal responsibility rules that they must abide to. One is a Judicial Sale and the other is Power of Sale. Very rarely you will see a Foreclosure in Canada. A Judicial sale involves the supervision of the court and is popular in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec. york region: Halloween! Creative time to meet up with past clients and friends

For the past two years I have loaded up a truck with pumpkins and drove them around to my past clients and friends. They were allowed to pick out a pumpkin for there front step. It gave me a great reason to stop by and say hi. I also sponsor two hockey teams in Newmarket and East Gwillimbury (Sharon) and after a game they are allowed to come pick out a pumpkin. Their is no sense in sponsoring a team if you don't go out to meet the parents!

At "The Home Team" we are able to receive all the lastest power of sale and bank forclosure listings as they come on the market. The power of sale list is generated based on price and geographical area. The north listings include; Newmarket, Aurora, Keswick, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, Bradford, Keswick, Sutton, Georgina, and Stoufville. Recently I made the decision to purchase an HP Tablet computer and software from Paperless Solutions called Real Estate Dashboard. Now you have to understand that this is not an endorsement blog and I am not saying that this is the right solution for all agents. I am going to say that I love many aspects of going relatively paperless. The concept is that all documents or offers that we prepare are stored on my tablet PC and on a remote "Vault" server.
