Jacksonville Realty Professional Toolbar

I was just looking around last night and found yet another cool tool to use as a way to connect us all together. It contains Jacksonville real estate news, a chat for local professionals, a local radio player, local weather and it even has it's own custom gadgets. Check it out and maybe we can all meet up on chat sometime! :) Jax Realty Network Toolbar
Did you know....

I don't think most real estate professional's know this but being a title company is one of the most stressful and rewarding parts of the closing. The best part about handling the closing is that we are the ones that get to see the customers face as they purchase their first home at the age of 18 or 60. We get reactions from crying to dancing in the parking lot. This part of the closing is so amazing because we take for granted how special and stressful it is for customers when they buy, sell or refinance their home. They are looking to all of us for comfort and being the title company I am the last face they see before it is all over and they need me to be confident, polite and understaning to their needs, that is a lot of pressure for someone but it is a good pressure!!

The stressful part is making sure that every last detail of the closing is completed. We are the central post for the whole closing. It is my responsibility to make sure I am doing my job and so is everyone else. We are the ones that (no offense) do most of the work for the least amount of money. For most people involved like the realtors, brokers, pest inspectors, surveyors, appraisers when the closing is done so are they. For us when the closing is over we are only half way through, we still have to get everything recorded, make sure everyone is paid, do updates and than issue policies for title insurance to the lenders and customers. It is a lot of work, oh and we are the only ones pretty much that can possibly have to pay big money if we make any mistakes. We are also regulated by the state on how much we charge for certain fees, what fees we can charge and we also get audited by our underwriters every quarter to make sure we are doing everything we are suppose to. We have lots of people looking over our shoulders to make everything we do is by the book. Just a note but attorney's are watched as carefully as we are but we have the ability to do the same things.

We pride ourselves on being the best but we make mistakes just like everything one else, the only difference is we will do everything we can to fix them and quick!! Even though this business is stressful and not all days are magical we do love working with people!! The rewards of this business in regards to business relationships we have acquired over the years and moments at closing that are unforgettable far out way the stress!!!

We would love to have the chance to show you what our company has to offer. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and you will always receive a warm welcome whether you come through our doors or call our office because your business matters to us!!!

I look forward to working with you,
