Being a seasoned real estate agent ,in this market, has really made me take a good hard look at what the future holds. Maintain a lifestyle, which I have become accustomed to, has definitely been a challenge, to say the least.
So when I was approached by a fellow Realtor, who gave me information on a way that I could supplement my revenue, without effecting my current income stream, I was willing to listen. In fact, it helped my Real Estate business, helped me maintain my lifestyle AND generated residual income.

Recent Fortune magazine story put it, "Forget the paycheck; your W-2 days are over. It's a 1099 world now."Many larger corporations are laying off people by the hundreds and throusands. Chrysler, Kodak, Pfizer and Ford, to name a few, have announced massive laoffs. When you can no longer count on staying at a career for decades until retirement, that is when a PLAN B is most useful. The US Department of Labor reports that the annual turnover rate rose to 41% in '05. Many are leaving corporate jobs on their own accord. People want to work less and get paid more. … (6 comments)
