According to a report from Florida Realtors and the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies, September home sales in the Fort Myers-Cape Coral metropolitan area increased by 77 percent when compared to September 2008. Football? Yeah, I like it but I'm not a fanatic. But I do get a bit fanatical about the other "fins." Yep. Snook season is OPEN. Woo Hoo! Have you ever seen a snook? Well, here it is: It's a gorgeous wonder of nature, a nice fighter, and of course, a tasty morsel, should you catch one in the "keeper" size range, or as we anglers call it, "In the slot."
