Your street address determines the days on which watering with sprinklers is permitted:
Odd number: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Even numbers: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays
Sprinkler use is allowed before 9:00 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m. only, for up to 8 minutes per station per watering day. Customers with water-conserving nozzles (rotors and multi-stream rotary heads) are allowed two- 15 minute cycles each watering day.

Washington, September 02, 2010 Following a sharp drop in the months immediately after expiration of the home buyer tax credit, pending home sales have modestly risen, according to the National Association of Realtors®. California home sales drop in August compared with last year
 
The median home price of an existing, single-family home in California rose 1.2 percent compared with July and 8.6 percent from a year ago, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) reported this week. Following two months of consecutive month-over-month declines, California home sales edged up 1.8 percent in August compared with July, but were down 14.9 percent compared with August 2009.
