"Let's Talk Manalapan NJ!" The Manalapan Township Department of Public Works is continuing with their expanded leaf collection this autumn. Leaves will be collected on November 7, 14, 21, 28 and December 5, 12, 19, and 27. All leaves must be placed in biodegradable bags and placed at the curb (not on the street) on the first day of each collection to make sure that the bags get picked up.
