I am riding with my wife over to Detroit. I thought why not write a blog from my Treo 700? This is a pointless blog but I had to try and it can be done it just takes more concentration. I use that as an area to measure Grand Rapids by.  The actually city of Grand Rapids may be slightly different but for our purposes it works well. For the last 12 months 2943 homes in Grand Rapids, Michigan have expired.  Most of the Grand Rapids Homes have been re-listed, but some have just decided not to sell their homes right now. My first time home buyers from last saturday that we cancelled last week due to inclement weather, (see my post of "weather does impact first time home buyers") we rescheduled for Saturday the 10th and had a beautiful day for viewing homes for sale.  We covered over 120 miles from Byron Center Homes for sale, to Spring Lake Homes for sale.  We toured 23 homes all around Grand Rapids, MI.  We started in Kentwood seeing 3, next to Byron Center where we saw 2.  In Grandville, we saw 5 homes for sale, went over to Jenison for 4 home homes for sale … (0 comments)

First start off with 648 homes for sale right now in The City of Wyoming which covers  parts of a few schools districts, including Wyoming Public, Godwin Heights Public Schools, with edges of Grandville, Godfrey Lee, and Kellogsville Public Schools. After keeping my family in suspense for 20 days, I came out of the coma over 2 days.  I was also waiting to be moved to Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. She eventually got back to my house 1/2 mile away and let my parents know what had happened.  Once my parents got out to the field and yes I was still unconscious they call 911.  The local volunteer fire department responded first drove out to the field and stabalized me.  They then brought me out to the road where an ambulance was waiting.  The ambulance transported me the 20 miles to Spectrum Health the Butterworth Campus at 100 Michigan Street N.E. I had 24 homes scheduled to view today for a young couple wanting to own a home.  I emailed them yesterday to let them know with the weather forecast that we would not be going out to look at homes for sale on Saturday.  We made a wise choice, because no amount of home looking is worth potentially getting in an accident or going in the ditch.  We had homes in Byron Center, Kentwood, Wyoming and Grandville, all over Kent County, Michigan.

I had one of my FIRST TIME HOME-BUYERS call me yesterday mid-afternoon and he asked if I can show him HOMES FOR SALE in the Jamestown and Georgetown areas.  I said yes if you get me the MLS numbers we can schedule the showings and we will start at 9am.  He gave us a list of 10 HOMES FOR SALE that he likes.  We scheduled them, but one home is SOLD, and one we are waiting to hear from, so that leaves 8 HOMES FOR SALE that we are going to look at.  He is coming to my office in Grandville … (2 comments)
