Now is the time to invest in urban redevelopment.  More and more investors have realized the downtown and city areas or Grand Rapids, MI are becoming revitalized.  They have taken large multi-family units, renovated in and out and converted them into luxury urban condos.  They have done the same with dilapidated warehouses and old school buildings.  Currently in Grand Rapids, MI some of these new condo developments are offering "tax free" incentives .

I would say tonight is the night that we will break 60,000 members.  When I first joined we had just under 20,000. Just in my little town of Grand Rapids, MI we had 35 members.  Now we have 169 varous members.  That is good growth.  It seems like some of the top Grand Rapids, MI Realtors are members of AR.  Where are we going now?  … (8 comments)
