family: Northeastern Oregon, between Pendleton, La Grande and Enterprise, a trip of memory - 09/07/08 05:34 PM
I took a trip this weekend with my sister, brother-in-law and nephew. We visited the Blue Mountains of Oregon. They are located in the northeastern part of the state. All together, in this area, are the Blues, Wallowas and the Elkhorns. It is a very mountainous part of the state.

OK, I have been thinking about this for some time. The only thing stopping me was I wasn't sure how to start it. I also didn't know exactly how to end it. As a matter of fact, I wasn't exactly sure what to put in the middle either. But, other than that, I knew exactly how I wanted it to go. I want to discuss finding your BLISS. FHA has changed. Have you kept up with the changes.
Estimates are that at least 70% of the sales in the coming year will be FHA financed. Do you know how to write the offer? Do you know how to advise your seller?

In January I took my grandkids to Disney World. I had to take their parents too, but some things can't be avoided. This picture I think really sums up what the trip was all about. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
The joy of showing the wonders that Walt Disney developed to a little girl (and boy) are beyond explanation. I will always treasure the time we spent together exploring the Magic Kingdom.
