Hello and Happy Holidays. Winter is really here. Parts of Connecticut received over a foot of snow last night. Who is thinking about real estate now? I am. Interest rates are low! The tax credit has been extended! People are buying property! You may ask, why sell now? Why sell in the middle of the winter? There are many good reasons to sell now. A few of them are: the inventory is lower so your houses will get more attention from the serious buyers; if buyer sare out looking now, more than likely they are real buyers unless they would be home sitting by the fire, not out shopping for a new home; get your house noticed before the inventory starts to creep up! I have many more reasons to share if you want to hear about them.

Most important, enjoy the holidays, enjoy your family, enjoy the fireplace and the hot chocolate. If real estate is on your mind, call me and I will be happy to talk to you in grat detail.
