The Russell Realty Group has opened a Second Office in Less Than 15 Months

RRG has grown to over 60 agents in two states and  has opened a  second office, located in Back Bay, Boston, with plans for a third  in Q2 on the Cape.

Woburn: March 23, 2012:  The Russell Realty Group launches its second office after only 15 months since inception and plans a 3rd by the end of Q2.  The Russell Realty Group model is innovative, unique, and powerful. Agents are realizing this very quickly once they take a look at the complete training, coaching and revenue opportunities we offer our team in New England. We are looking for agents that want to learn to leverage technology and bring their own Real Estate business to the next level. 

After opening its doors Jan ’12, RRG has teamed with over 60 agents and brought real estate salesmanship back to basics using today’s technology.  Evan Russell, Company Founder and Broker of Record, has developed a way to teach old school selling while incorporating today’s technology.

The Russell Realty Group offers all agents top splits of 80%, charging no transaction fees or desks fees, and provides E & O at no cost.  When asked how RRG can make a profit with such high splits, Evan responded,

“Our overhead is the lowest it possibly can be. We have maximize online resources, most of which are free or very inexpensive, leaving an sustainable profit for the house.  We have an agent-first model, which is the exact opposite of national trends.  I let agents brand themselves and I support their business, not mine.”

Evan adds that RRG will continue to progress and remain one step ahead of the spring market, opening a third office on the Cape in the next 30-60 days.  “With explosive agent growth and strong referral partners have provided a huge flow of leads to our agent team.  I feel that to maximize these leads, an office presence is needed in these areas; not necessarily brick and mortar, but a local address and a place to plug in, will do the trick in the minds of buyers and sellers.”
