For those of you that don't know I moved from San Diego, CA and still hold my license there. The owner of my old office sent this article out to myself and the other agents today. He also said that for the past 4 months the median prices in the San Diego area have remained level. Also the inventory supply at the end of August stood at 4.8 months, down from nearly 16 months at the beginning of this year. This is great news and appears to be an idicator that the local market in San Diego has bottomed out. Since this is an area to watch … (0 comments)
