This one has me thinking, and in my comment on Lenn's blog I said, when writing an offer and asking for the appliances I always take photos, so we know during the final walk thru if the same ones are there, but should we also include in our purchase offer the makes and models of those appliances.  Would it tend to keep the Sellers from replacing them with any old thing? What's your take on it?
