My experience with Buyers, especially First Time Home Buyers has brought me into contact with several Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Bankers since I have been a Real Estate Agent.  Their experience level and knowledge of current FHA Mortgage Programs makes the Purchase of a Home seemless.  My first call always goes out to Dave Woodson, The #1 Indiana FHA Mortgage Broker.  Twice Dave Woodson has closed FHA Mortgages for me, once in 2 weeks, and the second time in 14 Days, from start to finish.

Not to long ago, maybe 2 months ago I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dave Woodson and First Financial Trust Mortgage in selling a closing on a Home Purchase with a Mutual Friend.  When we met at the Meridian Title in Elkhart we had our picture taken and Dave blogged about "When #2 Meets #3" and we both laughed.  I thought it was a good title.  But, now #3 has taken over #2! With lots of dedicated time to blogging my goal of moving up is becoming a reality.  I am looking for that google juice!

14 Days, from start to finish, we closed an FHA Loan for First Time Home Owner Heather.  What is so special about that? Well, first of all, it beats all records of any Loan Officer I have ever worked with.  14 days, that is two weeks...pretty awesome!
