Elkhart County, Indiana is made up of 16 Townships and of course each Township has it's own set of Subdivisions.  I have reviewed the sales, per subdivision for the years of 2007 and 2008.  I was quite surprised.  Here are the results for 2007-2008 Subdivision Sales for Cleveland Townhip.
