The snap shot clearly shows that condominiums make up the bulk
of the market in Emeryville. Even though inventory is low with 37
properties currently on the market there were only 8 sales. This could
be the product of the difficulty of appraisals coming in at the sales
price. It could also relate to the lender’s stricter requirements to
close.
Average days on the market indicates that properties are selling quickly. Since prices are still relatively low, rates are still low, this is the time to buy in Emeryville.
