Montebello is a condominium community located in Fairfax County just outside Alexandria VA. The community consists of 4 high-rise brick buildings and a handful of 1 story former models. These homes are situated around a community center that includes a great amenities. Montebello was built in 1983 but the residents have made a commitment to maintaining Montebello at premium level. Last year the exterior was extensively renovated and more recently the elevators and hallways were extensively renovated. If you’re looking for a home on the metro, Montebello should be on your list of places to visit.

Huntington Club Hunting Creek Club Montebello Midtowns Hands-down, the easiest walk to the Huntington Metro among these would be the Midtowns of Alexandria. From this building's south lobby one can see the buses coming and going. It's literally only paces from the Midtowns to the Metro. Just cross the street and you're at the Metro station.

I met a potential client who told me that she had been looking for two years for a condo. She called me because she wanted to see a particular property in Belle View. After establishing that she didn't have an agent, I showed her Belle View I practically had to drag here to see a property I thought she would like based upon her input. That property was Montebello, and she absolutely loved it and was amazed because she wouldn't have had a clue that Montebello existed if it wasn't for me.

The Midtowns of Alexandria is a high-rise condominium community. The building is located on Huntington Avenue directly across the street from the lower entrance to the Huntington Metro. This proximity to the metro means that you can access many of Northern Virginia and DC's best attractions without moving your vehicle. These condos are one metro stop from the AMC Hoffman and two stops from King St. at Old Town. In Old Town the King Street Trolley (free) can drop you off anywhere between the Metro and the Potomac.

The Mount Vernon Rec Center is located at the intersection of Fort Hunt Road, Beacon Hill Road and Belle View Boulevard. The rec center sits at the foot of a steep hill (which is actually an important geological feature) on county land at the Mount Vernon District Park. Because of this hill, the rec center has two parking lots terraced into the hill at higher elevations.
The rec center itself is a steel-framed warehouse style structure that is brightened by a wall of glass on the western face.

Just south of Alexandria, near the intersection of Richmond Highway and Huntington Avenue, stands a sixteen story brown brick tower called the Hunting Creek Club. The tower shares the neighborhood with a few other high-rises, the most notable being Montebello at the rear on Mount Eagle.
Built in 1972, the architectural appeal of the building is in that awkward stage that occurs long after "new" but just before "vintage".
