Floor Time - How Are The Calls These Days? - 09/20/08 03:06 PM
When I started in Real Estate, I took many floor time.  I remember the first floor time - I was SOOO scared and didn't really know what to say or ask.  As years went by, I am ready and alert to ask all the important questions. 
I got pretty good at getting the callers' telephone numbers to follow up with them.  AND I TRULY WANT TO HELP THESE PEOPLE THAT CALL ON A PROPERTY.  If they are surfing on the Internet, I would say, "Why not have a Realtor help you find the home that meets your needs than to look on the … (3 comments)

How is the market?  Most will say, "WOW.  It is so bad.  All the things going on with the financial institution is crushing our economy."  Or, are you the optimist that says, "Never better.  It is the most exciting time in Real Estate."
