Perfect Weather in Southern California - It was just a pleasant day today.
Not too hot, not too cold. Temperature at about 72 degrees in Pasadena nd Altadena areas. Why do we like the So-Cal so much. It's this weather that brings so many people to Southern California each year.
The San Gabriel Mountains were just awesome. So you thought the endless rows of palm trees were in the Westside, right? We got it here in Altadena too.

Driving down Altadena Drive, you are going to see several miles of signs saying "SLOW DOWN ALTADENA."
The residents of Altadena community along Altadena Drive and nearby streets has gotten together to discuss the issue on fast drivers on this road. The East Village Homeowners have been working hard relating to the traffic and road issues of Altadena Drive. Realizing how fast drivers were going, a campaign to have these signs were started. Good Job. These signs made me notice and slow down too.

Beautiful Altadena.
Just north of Pasadena is a great city called Altadena. Until the recent real estate boom, I have a feeling that many people did not know much about Altadena. We knew it was there, just few minutes from Pasadena. However, there are many attractive sites that makes Altadena living a joy.
To begin, you have the wonderful San Gabriel Mountains. On a clear day, it is absolutely breathtaking to see the mountains surrounding the community. The two golf courses are also a place to be on a nice day. Both courses are 9 holes, so you can catch up on the game … (20 comments)
