The California Association of Realtors , for Los Angeles, indicated that entry-level housing affordability increased almost 50% in the 2nd quarter of 2008 compare to 1 yr ago. That is a huge change. Last year, it was 24 % for the same period.

The Pasadena Foothill Assn. of Realtors had an article on earning a designation of EcoBroker, a new certification for realtors to learn about green homes, energy efficent homes, environment education and more.
