Please Drive Safely On Halloween - 10/30/07 06:05 PM
I must admit that I love halloween, always have. As a child how could you not love a night that allows you to run wild in the neighborhood while collecting gobs of candy. It seems that most recent Colorado Halloween have come on cold and snowy nights but this year promises to be different with a cold of only 40 degrees. Of course with the delay in setting our clock back this year the night will start in the afternoon dusk that soon will turn to the moonlite night. Because of my homes location we get few trick or treaters but the (1 comments)
KEEP GROWING! - 10/29/07 05:54 PM
I just returned from our annual convention at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs Colorado. Though EXIT throws a world class event, what I really want to get across in the importance of attending these events with the companies you work for. I could have come up with a million reason why I could not attend this year from the money and time it takes to attend, to I have already been to 3 others before with EXIT and even though they were all outstanding events did I really need to go to one more? After deciding to to "FIT IT IN THE SCHEDULE" once (4 comments)

In a recent article, top mortgage originator and national trainer Greg Frost noted that hyper-appreciation of property values in Albuquerque, NM had drawn attention from many out-of-state investors in the last year. The area saw an influx of savvy investors ready to bid on HUD Repos and other affordably priced single-family dwellings. Frost warned mortgage originators and Realtors® to be wary of investors who try to represent themselves as owner occupants in this type of situation. They may seek to obtain 97% FHA financing, even though their real mission is to (1 comments)
Missed It By That Much - 10/08/07 11:42 AM
"MISSED IT BY THAT MUCH." Remember the old show "Get Smart", when bumbling secret agent Maxwell Smart would describe his latest major goof by holding up his fingers about a half-inch apart, and emphatically stating that famous line? In similar fashion...it appears the Department of Labor missed some recent job creation counts by quite a long shot. Last Friday, the highly anticipated monthly Jobs Report arrived bright and early, showing 110,000 new jobs created during September, very close to what analysts had expected. But the real surprise was the upward revision to last month's shocking number, which had shown a LOSS of (3 comments)
