With the arrival of March comes the begining of the active real estate selling and buying season in Colorado. It's that time of year that home sellers start visiting their local hardware store to purchase that paint for the front door that they have been promising to touch up for the past 2 years. It's also the time when home buyers start driving around the neighborhoods and pulling the property brochures from the yard signs. As the weather starts to turn to warmer with more sunny days, more customers begin to feel the real estate "itch" and begin visiting open homes on the weekends … (9 comments)
