Home buyers should never over look the Section 2 items or the Further inspection condition. These can have cost over $50K Sad to see buyers only looking at the Section 1 items. Real Estate agents should inform the buyers to get a cost for any/all Section 1 Section 2 and Further inspection item listed on a Termite Inspection report.  Items like earth to wood contacts with inaccessible condition under a home may require a soil engineer to provide proper excavation of the soil under the home.
