There is a very simple thing that sellers can do to improve the curb appeal of their Homes. A lot of sellers ignore the entry walkway and driveway which are the first things the buyer sees when getting out of the car. It amazes me at how poorly these surfaces look onhouses that are currently on the market. For a relatively small amount of money a homeowner can have these surfaces pressure washed.
