lexington: West Columbia Exit Realty Training Focuses on Solutions for Clients - 01/24/10 01:49 PM
January 24th, 2010 9:45 AM On January 21st the broker owners of Exit Realty held internet social network training at Agape Village in West Columbia, SC. Key Yessaad, the undisputed champion of all things Google, was the trainer. This was the fifth all day training session conducted by Key for the Exit offices in the Midlands. Key's uncanny ability to slice through the hype and noise surrounding web strategy and social networking techniques was a complete eye opener for the 32 agents and brokers in attendance. Key's no holds barred, in your face teaching style challenges students to think beyond

lexington: West Columbia/Lexington Real Estate: Why Would You Go It Alone? - 12/22/09 09:29 AM
There are a lot of things in life that should not be left to chance. I learned early on as a homeowner what my limitations were when it came to repairing broken plumbing. I stink at repairing anything to do with plumbing. I do not mind admitting that, because I have failed in just about every attempt I have made in the last 30 years. The point is, I know this now and take the appropriate steps in hiring a trained plumber to fix the problems. Plumbing is a minor issue when you compare it with something as important as buying

O, Little Town of…Lexington? Lexington, South Carolina – December 7, 2009 – Local retired couple to present miniature Christmas village at Agapé Senior of Lexington. Each December, Roger and Patti Owens undertake a labor of love. Roger and Patti welcome in the Christmas season by constructing their own miniature Christmas village. The practice began over 20 years ago, with a few lighted buildings surrounding a tiny church under their Christmas tree. lexington: Saluda River Club in Lexington, SC: Lifestyle Done Right. - 11/09/09 09:11 PM
I recently toured a relatively new Lexington neighborhood with which I was familiar but had not had a chance to check out. Ted Johnson, director of sales and marketing, and Bridget Downing sales consultant for Saluda River Club, had invited the brokers and agents of the local Exit offices to tour their neighborhood. As I stood on the expansive back deck of the Chickawa Outdoor Center in The River District, I could easily see how well the developers had created a resort-like setting for their residents. I could imagine sitting with friends, sharing a bottle of wine around the elevated

lexington: West Columbia, Lexington SC 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Is Not Sexy Enough For Internet Market - 08/21/09 10:45 AM
The modern use of the phrase "a picture is worth a thousand words" is attributed to Fred R Barnard. He used it to promote the use of images in advertisements that appeared on the sides of streetcars in the early 1920s. The idea is extremely valid for today's competitive, internet driven real estate market. Most realtors do not realize just how fast a potential purchaser will eliminate their property listing from contention. In less than a second a purchaser can click the mouse button and move on to the next property during an internet search. Why go to all of the
