North Vancouver Home Staging - Lower Lonsdale "Before & After" Photos My Vancouver Home Staging Company, Exit Stage Right, was very happy to stage this vacant townhouse, located on Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver. The location for the townhouse is fantastic, situated only one block from the Lonsdale Quay Market, and a quick Sea Bus ride away from downtown Vancouver. Everything is within walking distance. The townhouse itself looked pretty stark, bare, and uninviting with no furniture, colour or life to the property. When we first get into the business of Home Staging, we have images of flitting around a property, wearing designer clothing, and gently placing a vase here, and an orchid there. Our nails are all finely manicured and painted the latest soft pink. We gently brush back a rogue hair away from our brow, as we contemplate the placement of our vase and move and rearrange said item until we are perfectly satisfied, before moving on to the next "objet".

Staged and Sold Fast! - Vancouver Home Staging We've been incredibly successful with our home staging projects the past couple of weeks. Here are a couple of real life case scenarios: This vacant home was staged and sold within 2 weeks at only $3,000 below asking price!
This occupied home was pretty tired. The homeowners were focused on their two young children, and didn't have time for much else. We brought in accessories and artwork, and "glammed" up the house. The agent's open was on Wednesday, two offers came in that night, and one was accepted at full asking price.

Cute Little Bungalow Staged - Automnal Inspiration
Exit Stage Right recently staged this cute little bungalow for sale. We were inspired by the coming autumn season, and chose colours accordingly. I also couldn't help myself - it has been a while since I've staged with my signature "Eiffel Tower". I did enjoy throwing in a little French flair.
