Gota blog. Gota blog. What to write. OH! - 03/25/11 10:47 AM
Think about the time of year and the seasons and how that might relate to your real estate adventure. Include a hobby that you have some knowledge about. I have just built a Square Foot Garden; It is a garden that was designed years ago. It is now making a comeback. Gardening is a common hobby and one that gets a renewed interest this time of year. It is a very good subject for blogging. Gardeners are homeowners too. A facebook post directed to your website with a blog about gardening could get some viewers to look your way. It worked

Blogging about Blogs - 03/08/11 02:28 PM
It is a great time of year to capture the gardener. As temps warm to springtime and the soil reveals itself from under the blanket of snow, gardeners are sharpening their tools and starting seedlings indoors. they are planning their harvest and locating all the tools and materials they will need. Here is an easy subject to get some mileage from. Gardeners are a loyal group. Get to them and you will be their agent. You can blog about the average last day of frost or when to plant your beans. Even try a series of blogs to keep interest building. Gardening

Arizona Residential Purchase Contract Revised - 03/01/11 02:57 PM
The Arizona residential Contract has been revised. Lenders are being put on the hot seat. They must now supply the buyer's agent with a Pre-Qualification form competed and signed. The form details where the buyer stands in the process of the loan. It replaces the old Loan Status Report. It also requires the buyer to provide all the documentation required by the lender within the inspection period and the lender then provides a Loan Status Update. Seller's agents can call for the loan updates too. That is great news for all agents. We will now know where buyers stand before spending

Mortgage Loan Update Arizona - 03/01/11 02:42 PM
Lending Rules BIG Change In Arizona Loans are getting very difficult to obtain. They also require much more time and documentation before the loan is approved and funded. On March 1, 2011 the Arizona Residential Purchase Contract was revised for all Realtors to use. There any many changes but the most significant changes are about financing. Effective immediately, all contract offers must be accompanied by a Pre-Qualification Form filled out by the Loan Originator. The purpose of requiring a pre-qualification is to protect the Seller, Buyer, and the agents from contracts that fall apart because of the inability of the Buyer
