Will things get better soon?

Well it seems like once you actually find a buyer and then they find the house, then the hard part begins. Getting the mortgage these days is proving to be the harder task. My buyers come pre-approved, but by the time the deal closes. the bank either closed its doors or has dropped that product! This is very frustrating!
