Give me some GOOD questions to take to my interview, guys! - 08/29/07 08:42 AM
Okay,  today is the day. The interviewing process begins.  I've got my first meeting with a brokers office.  I'm asking all of you, well-versed Realtors out there to think back to your beginning days in the business. If you knew then what you know now----give me an idea of how your interview process would go today!!
What would your most important questions be?

How many of you have considered a licensed Real Estate Assistant? - 08/26/07 07:37 PM
Just curious...
How many of you "seasoned professionals" out there have considered the possibility of a Licensed Real Estate Assistant?  Those of you who have used one before, do you feel it was worthwhile to your bottom line?
Thanks for your input!

Seeking the Best Broker to give my newly acquired RE License a home! - 08/25/07 02:17 PM

Hello, Real Estate Community!
I have been a personal assistant with sales/marketing experience totaling over 18+ years.  I have recently ventured into the world of Real Estate Sales.  While preparing for my state/national exam, I've been constantly in search of the "perfect fit" with the correct Brokers Office to make a successful launch for my new career.  Could any of you "seasoned" pros out there make any recommendations on important do's and don'ts when finding a "home for my Re License" as well as myself?
Many thanks--your help is GREATLY appreciated!
