   I am so happy to say bon voyage to the month of September.  It has brought more rain, mosquitoes, wet basements and leaky roofs than I can tell you!  While the mid west is suffering with extreme heat and drought, here in Pennsylvania we have had more water than we could ever know what to do with.  It's too bad we couldn't work out some sort of "survivor pipeline" to help each other out.  Bring on October- with some nice crisp, Fall temperatures and LESS rain!

I am currently working with clients that have been through every possible roadblock that could come up on their relocation to this area.  Yet, they remain unshaken.  They are constantly telling me that they are sorry that they are making me work so hard and they always greet me with a smile and remind me of how grateful they are that I am working so patiently with them.  These poor people have every reason to have a meltdown.  A mild tantrum maybe?  A grumpy remark occassionally? If they do, I have never seen it.  This family and others like them that I have … (3 comments)
