If you have been considering selling your Falls Twp. PA home, now may be the right time. Homes in Falls Twp. are selling at a slightly faster rate than a year ago (81 pending transactions the first 4 months of this year compared to 76 pending transactions the first 4 months of last year), with the average days on market dropping from 83 days to 72 days for the same time period. Although prices have remained steady thruout all of Bucks County during this time, home prices in Falls Twp have actually increased nearly 8%.
