When the room wen silent he calmly smiled and said, "What's the fuss"? And so it began... Real Estate... What's the Fuss? What's the Fuss about home buyers "Shopping" for homes for 6 months and walking away without ever owing a penny? The House Financial Services Committee (HFSC) in Washington DC is considering a bill known as HR 4323, the Consumer Mortgage Choice Act (click here) which would exempt affiliated businesses from the definition of "points and fees" under Dodd-Frank's qualified mortgage definition.
