There were some pretty good price drops on new patio homes in Crestwood KY today. Another company has the properties listed in Claymont Springs and they dropped the price on the units without basements $24,000 to $235,900 and a walkout unit drop the price by $70,000 to $275,000.
CLaymont Springs is in the Heart of Crestwood right off the 329 By-Pass and across the street from the South Oldham Campus that has Camden Elementary, Kenwood Elementary, South Oldham Middle School and South Oldham High School.
