foreclosures oldham county: Price Drop on Foreclosure in Prospect KY - 10/24/09 01:43 PM

I saw this in the hot sheet this morining, price dropped from $299,000 to $279,000.
Looked at sales in the neighborhood over the past 2 years and the average sales price has been right at $340,000. Could be a good deal for someone looking to get in to Oldham County, but right at the edge of Louisville.

foreclosures oldham county: Short Sale in Hillcrest Prospect KY $124,000 off purchase price - 01/20/09 10:30 AM

I was looking through the new listings today and noticed a new property listed by another company that is a short sale. It was purchased for $699,900 in 2007 and they have it price at $575,000 today. Might be worth a look, go to HillCrest Short Sale Prospect KY.
