foreclosures prospect ky: Price Drop on Foreclosure in Prospect KY - 10/24/09 01:43 PM

I saw this in the hot sheet this morining, price dropped from $299,000 to $279,000.
Looked at sales in the neighborhood over the past 2 years and the average sales price has been right at $340,000. Could be a good deal for someone looking to get in to Oldham County, but right at the edge of Louisville.
