As I mentioned before, I think corporate relocation owned properties are hidden deals in this market. Usually in good condition, not much work needed and relo companies willing to take a hit to move the properties.
Another potential area for excellent real estate deals in this market are new construction executive style inventory homes. I don't have specific knowledge of what builders might come off of the prices, but I think there is potential to negotiate.

As of this morning, there are 22 homes for sale in Longwood, located in Goshen, KY. Longwood is off Hwy 1793 and right across from the North Oldham Campus, whcich houses Harmony Elementary, North Oldham Middle and North Oldham high School. So, it is in a great location. The subdivision also has a pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.
