homes for sale longwood goshen: Real Estate Deals in todays Market Longwood Goshen KY - 10/28/09 12:39 PM

As I mentioned before, I think corporate relocation owned properties are hidden deals in this market. Usually in good condition, not much work needed and relo companies willing to take a hit to move the properties.
Another potential area for excellent real estate deals in this market are new construction executive style inventory homes. I don't have specific knowledge of what builders might come off of the prices, but I think there is potential to negotiate.
For example, Longwood is a great subdivision in Goshen. Its proximity to the schools is excellent and it has a community pool, tennis courts and … (0 comments)
