As I mentioned before, I think corporate relocation owned properties are hidden deals in this market. Usually in good condition, not much work needed and relo companies willing to take a hit to move the properties.
Another potential area for excellent real estate deals in this market are new construction executive style inventory homes. I don't have specific knowledge of what builders might come off of the prices, but I think there is potential to negotiate.

Hard to believe September is almost over, school is going full force, we are well into football season and Halloween is just around the corner. Pretty soon, if not already, Christmas Trees and Sale signs will start popping up at an alarming rate. Not that we are looking for things to do and have a lot of spare time on our hands right now, but with the Holiday Season approaching we are going to get busier and busier and so will most everyone else. There was an agent open house out at Longwood in Goshen KY today and I took the tour. Well, they were giving away a 50" TV and free lunch so I went hope to win and at the very least get a good meal. I got the good meal, the tv however, it would not have fit in my car anyway.
