As I have mentioned in my last few posts, I think there are deals to be had with corporate relocation properties. Many times the homes are in move in condition and can be bought at below market prices. The owners have transferred and they have taken a buyout from their company and it is now up to the relo company to move the house. They do not want to sit on it and can afford to take a bit of a loss to get it out of inventory.

Hud homes can be a great deal for owner occupants and investors who are looking for a good deal. But you have to know what you are lookng at, just because it is a Hud Owned Home does not always make it a great deal. You have to consider the costs of repairs and the end retail value of a property to see if it is a good deal.
