If you do not have a face book account you really should.  In this especially hard time it is most important for people to know what you do for a living. The one thing that I have learned over the years is that you have to keep putting yourself out there. Every day in some way or another you have to let people know what it is that you do for a living.  I can't tell you how many times I have told the same people what I do for a living and every time I tell them it's like a surprise. What I find is that most people don't really care what we do for a living until they need our services. That's not to say that people don't care about us, it's just that we have so many things on our minds these days that remembering what people do for work is not at the top of the list. Sure for people in our professions you may think that this is nonsense because it's our job to remember little details about our clients lives but people who work regular nine to five jobs don't really think that way. I don't mean that in a bad way it's just that their lively hood doesn't depend on it.  So anyway Facebook is a great way to get in touch with people you have not seen in a long time. I just got an invite from someone I haven't seen since high school and we met in third grade. The cool thing is that once i was invited to her profile i saw at least two other people I hadn't seen for just as long so do the math, if you meet at least one other person every time you see an old friend, in just a short period of time you'll have a big network of people who know what you do. I know, a lot of you out there are way ahead of me but you would be surprised at the number of people who think that facebook is just for kids. So take the step and set up a profile, then look for me because you can never have too many Friends!
