Currently there are 14 Pending Sales with an average selling price of $ 850,886 with an average of 48 days on the market. Two Sales are over a Million dollars in the Uplands district of Oak Bay.

I grew up here and I went to Tillicum School. We lived at 20 Gorge Road West then and it was part of the Island Highway. Check out the Gorge Tillicum Association.

SPEECHLESS SUNDAY-GOLDSTREAM PROVINCIAL PARK UNDERGROUND TUNNEL

A few months ago I was up early and it was a great Sunny day. So I grabbed my Camera and headed out to Goldstream Park, just outside Victoria.

The Park was Empty of people so I was all along walking through the park and taking pictures...

Today I would like to share my photos of a waterway tunnel that travels under the highway and often used by Hikers to go hiking on the mountain beyond.

JANUARY OAK BAY -VICTORIA MILLION DOLLAR HOME SALES MARKET SNAP SHOT

OAK BAY HOMES SALES OVER A MILLION DOLLARS in Victoria BC has been busy.

There are currently 5 Pending Oak Bay Home Sales over one Million Dollars. With an average Selling Price of of $2,372,000 ...one pending sale is over 6 million bringing the average selling price up.....Plus there were three completed Sales in January with a average sale price at $1,046,000.

Overall there have been 49 homes Sold over one million dollars in Oak Bay with an Average Selling Price of $1,427,428 since June 30, 2011.

What is interesting is the Short time or Days on the Market Average in January of 55 days  for home sales over the million dollar price range in OAK BAY in Victoria, BC
