Surpising to see the Amount of Activity in Pending Home Sales...Wow.

In the Month of June there where a total 60 MLS Sales, with 49 Single Family Homes and 11 Condo's Sold

Here are the 6 real estate map areas of Oak Bay 

• North Oak Bay there are Currently 4 Homes & 1 Townhouse For Sale and 3 Pending Sales.That's 75% of the Listings in North Oak Bay are Selling

• Uplands  there are currently 13 Homes For Sale & 4 Pending Sales..With an Average Selling Price of $2,373,500 .One Sale was for 5.6 Million on Humber Rd
• Estevan there are currently 3 Homes For Sale  with 3 Pending Sales...What Slow Market, a popular area to live in Oak Bay:.
