BC Home Inspectors Need To Be Licenced by March 31, 2009 - 03/25/09 05:44 PM
Effective March 31, 2009 Home Inspectors in BC will have to be licensed.
British Columbia is the first Province in Canada to Licence home inspectors.
Licensing will fall under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority (BPCPA)by March 31, 2009.
Assessing the qualifications of and requiring mandatory Licensing for home inspectors. Receiving and responding to complaints from Consumers. The Canadian Federal Government introduced a NEW 1st Time Home Buyers’ Tax Credit in the budget.
