In fact if you Sold your home in 5 years you often lost money paying the selling costs and the mortgage was certainly not reduced by much.People Bought a home because they wanted to stop paying rent and everyone knew they would own it in 25 years. The waterway which runs along the Gorge Road and is known as the Gorge waterway. It starts at Portage Inlet from Fresh water from Colquitz River and flows to the Pacific Ocean out through our Victoria Harbour.The Morning seems to offer the best scenes with the Sunlight just starting to brighten up the Gorge waterway. November was a steady month with home and condo sales in Greater Victoria. Residential and condominium listings are plentiful for home Buyers. However the listing inventory is not growing and about 50% of the MLS home listings are selling, with the average selling time on the market of 52 days for Single Family homes, with 235 pending sales and 49 days for Condo's with 134 pending sales.
