Nashua New Hampshire Homes Sold Report for the First Quarter of 2010
The Nashua NH homes sold report indicates a slight decrease from 2009 activity.  There wer 81 homes sold with a days on market of 97 and a sales price to list ratio of 98%.  The average sales price increased 4% over 2009 which is a good sign that the market has stabilized.

Nashua NH Real Estate
The Nashua market activity in June of 2009 show signs of stabilization as compared to 2008.  The average sales price and number of transactions were nearly the same for single family homes.


Condominium sales continued the downward trend with a 10% reduction in the average sales price.  There was an increase due to the activity in the first-time homebuyer market.

Single Family Homes
The number of homes sold in 2009 as compared to 2008 (133) were nearly the same with 130 closed transactions.  The average days on market improved from 102 to 97.  The average sales price dropped dramatically (-14.5%) to $240,005.  We are in the second year of a declining market and statistics are consistant with other New Hampshire 2009, second quarter market reports.

Condominiums
