Point and Shoot isn't Good Enough..What do we do with Sue? - 06/25/08 07:42 AM
We have decided to get real serious about real estate photography, and quite frankly, we have been point-and-shoot kinda chicks. I know that isn't enough, and we want to offer a more complete service. Does anyone know a solid photography class online they could recommend for Sue to take? I will be looking into classes around Louisiana, but I am hoping to find something online where she could flex around our staging schedule. ~Michelle (4 comments)
Acid Stain is one of a stager's very best options as far as a fantastic upgrade at a rock bottom price. You can acid-stain garages, exterior pathways, patios, laundry rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, swimming pool areas, ANYWHERE YOU HAVE CONCRETE SUBSTRATES! If you have a cement floor underneath undesirable flooring, this gorgeous option costs your seller a whopping 50 cents a square foot or less on average including the sealer ( on Kemiko Brand Acid Stain...the best stain on the market today)! There are a variety of colors and finishes to choose from, and this is a DO-IT-YOURSELF project. If you know how to scrub a floor and (21 comments)

Bulletin Alert: Mensa Mouse at Large - 06/07/08 07:27 PM
We are dealing with a mouse of incredible mental and physical capabilities at our family rice farm, which happens to be the headquarters for "Feature This... " First of all, yes, it is a mouse. We have statements from several witnesses, all of whom describe a fairly non-descript mouse of average height and proportion, with dark hair and eyes, and a swarthy complexion. No definative ethnic origin could be ascertained, as this suspect is very quick and seems to prefer to strike under the cover of darkness in the wee hours of the morning.
His modus operandi includes leaving appropriately-sized (6 comments)
Tagged and Confused... - 06/03/08 09:18 PM
I've been tagged by both Julia Maher and Charlene Storozak. Thanks ladies, I think... 1. Who is your favorite musical artist? I am a closet Barry Manilow freak. I love really good lyrcis, however, from any musical genre. So I also appreciate and listen to Eminem, Dwight Yoakum, Robert Earl Keen (I just love "Texas Music"!"), Tracy Chapman, and Fergie. 2. Who is your favorite artist? I have a deep affection for medieval portrature. It fascinates me, to look at the lace, textiles, and jewelry in amazing detail. One of my many favorites is... The Arnolfini Marriage, by Jan van Eyck (1434). (12 comments)
